Information you submit
When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter (such as name, phone, email, county, city, heater type and project notes). We share quote requests with the contractor you selected or with up to three licensed contractors serving your area so they can contact you. Contractor listing forms collect business and contact details so we can verify and update listings.
Service providers
Forms are processed by a third-party form provider, and payments by Stripe. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Public records
Contractor listings use the public posting list of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC). We don't publish contractors' phone numbers or street addresses on free listings. To request a correction or removal, use the listing form.
Analytics and cookies
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand site usage. We don't use advertising cookies.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
